Responsible for developing maintenance work documents, administrative controls, specific work instructions, and post-maintenance test requirements providing instructions to technicians to ensure safe and efficient operation of the unit, performance of troubleshooting activities and corrective maintenance in accordance with UFSAR, technical specifications, and vendor recommendations. Also responsible for preparing and updating work packages to resolve condition reports, routine activities, reported deficiencies, or enhancements to ensure completion within the established deadlines and schedules. Plan Fiber Optic backbone, MUR Projects, MSO and Fukishema Upgrade Projects.

Develop work order tasks for support groups, and Post Maintenance Testing (PMT) testing and provides work instructions, identifying man-hours for the craft corrective and preventative maintenance work packages to meet the "Online" and "Outage" scheduling requirements for the maintenance department. Plan Major Power Upgrades and Modifications based on the scheduling needs. Review and identifies changes to Engineering Change Reports, to support work order planning instructions. Prepare and/or submit door impairments, fire impairments, clearance, scaffold, and temporary power requests. Verify work instructions are adequate and comply with all applicable station procedures. Maintain plant configuration control for parts replacements in accordance with nuclear guidelines.

In this role, I planned, scheduled and analyzed schedules to minimize duration and risk, while making best use of resources and the equipment. Maintained, assisted in development, and distributed computerized schedules for daily, refueling, mid-cycle, forced outages and other work at a large nuclear power plant. I provided project coordination and planning for development and implementation for daily/outage specific tasks such as: Electrical Busses, breakers, relays, power supplies, instrumentation, motor operated valves, etc. This included technical understanding of the related issues and demonstrating the capability to communicate effectively orally and in writing about these projects.
